Terms and Conditions for 20% Discount on Complete Interior Work by JFurnitures
Eligibility:
- This offer is valid for customers hiring JFurnitures for complete interior work for new houses or offices.
- A minimum project value of रु 10,00,000 (10 Lakhs) for houses and रु 15,00,000 (15 Lakhs) for offices is required to qualify for the discount.
Discount Details:
- A 20% discount will be applied to the vatable amount of the total project cost.
- Customers are required to pay the full VAT amount applicable to the project.
Advance Payment:
- A 50% advance payment of the total project cost must be paid on the day of agreement.
- This advance payment is non-refundable.
Payment Milestone:
- The remaining amount must be paid when approximately 70% of the project work is completed.
Project Scope:
- The offer applies to complete interior design and execution services, including furniture, fixtures, fittings, and decor.
- The discount is contingent upon the initial project scope and will be void if the project size is reduced or items are removed.
